These days many doctors recommend that athletes practice yoga as a part of their training routines both during season and in the off season. You don't have to be a professional athlete to enjoy the benefits of yoga. If you participate in any activity such as running, biking, swimming, or weight lifting for fun or competitively adding yoga into your routine can help improve your performance.
