Yoga Mom (babysitting available) -
With a focus on postnatal recovery. This Vinyasa inspired flow class
will help moms to rebuild their bodies after giving birth. We offer free
babysitting for those who would like to bring their babies.
Gentle Yoga - Easeful stretching combined with breath helps release tension in neck, shoulders, back and hips; standing and supine postures strengthen muscles that provide physical support. Every class includes at least one restorative posture, where you are supported by props and thus can fully release tension. Those with physical are provided with modifications. The class is valuable for practitioners of vigorous yoga, as it is a chance to slow down and be nurtured.
