Adult Classes

Yoga Conditioning Level 1 -  Whether it’s running, biking, football, basketball or any other sport these sequences will  help to condition, strength and stretch key parts of the body. Combined with basic breathing exercises to improve endurance, and focus techniques to help you relax both on and off the mat. Beginners Welcome!

Yoga Conditioning Level 2 - Step it up a notch and take your conditioning to the next level. Give yourself the confidence you need to tackle and challenge. (previous yoga experience is recommended).


Lunchtime Power Hour - Rev up your mid day slump! This Power Vinyasa class will help clear your mind and help you get your energy back so you can face the rest of your day (without a pot of coffee).

HAPPY HOUR YOGA  - Got a case of the mondays? Relax, rejuvenate and start your week off right with this class meant to get the computer kinks out of your neck and shoulders. Been sitting in your chair all day? Exercises to open up your hips and provide lower back relief. All Levels welcome.


GENTLE YOGA

Easeful stretching combined with breath helps release tension in neck, shoulders, back and hips;  standing and supine postures strengthen muscles that provide physical support. Every class includes at least one restorative posture, where you are supported by props and thus can fully release tension.  Those with physical limitations are provided with modifications. The class is valuable for practitioners of vigorous yoga, as it is a chance to slow down and be nurtured.
